SVN bug about "..\..\.."

Dear all,

     SVN has a bug that "svn move" command can not handle "..\..\.." (3-level relative parent directory).

     If you never use "svn move" command, you can discard this mail.

 

     The problem only happens on 3 or more levels parent directories. One-level or two-level parent directory has no problem.

     This bug only happens on Windows platform. (It seems only happening on "svn move [Work Copy] [Work Copy].")

     This bug has been fixed in SVN 1.5.0 (current version, not stable version)

     The stable version, SVN 1.4.6, has not yet committed this fix.
